Your tier grows with every direct booking at any Omicron Hotels destination from sea-view villas to cliffside suites.
Participation in the Omicron Voyager program is subject to the Terms and Conditions, which include important details and guidelines. Review these terms carefully to make the most of your membership. Kindly note that some benefits are offered subject to availability.
Based on: Hotel, season (Low / Mid / High), room category, net ADRs, with a 20% lower points value compared to Direct bookings.

Voyager Membership is entirely free.
Based on the number of points accumulated or total eligible nights stayed (Without the VAT).
Points are automatically credited following check-out.
Anyone over 18 years old with a valid email address may join the Voyager Loyalty Program.
You may register online at the Voyager Loyalty Portal at any time:

If you register before or during your stay, you will be able to earn points for that stay.
Please note that the name in the Voyager account must be the same as the reservations’ name in order to earn points.
Membership is personal. Only one member, the booking leader may collect the points for each stay.
You can earn points through both Accommodation (Direct & Indirect bookings), F&B and Extras charged to your room bill.
Yes both Direct and Indirect (through our partners) bookings earn points, using different earning methods:
Direct bookings (through our website only): 10 points per €1 spent on net room rate (≈5% rebate in points).
Indirect bookings: Indirect earning rates are calculated with a 20% lower points value vs. direct bookings
Please note that all points are earned based on room net rate.
No. To earn points for F&B or extras, these must be charged to your room bill.
Check your Loyalty Portal for upcoming stays. If a booking is missing, contact us at the support email.
Inform the hotel staff during check-in that you are a loyalty member.
No. Only one member (the booking leader) receives accommodation points.
No. Stays prior to the registration date cannot be credited.
Points will be credited within up to 14 days after your departure from the hotel.
You may log in to your account through the Loyalty Portal to view your updated points and tier status.
No. Your tier status is based on Status Points, while only Base Points are redeemed. Redeeming Base Points does not affect your tier.
No. Stays redeemed with points are not eligible for earning points.
Tier benefits are always subject to availability and cannot be fully guaranteed in advance.
Late check-out is subject to room availability. Your room may be required for incoming arrivals.
Possible reasons include:
Your membership is inactive (requires a new paid stay to reactivate).
Limited availability of rooms allocated for free nights for the requested dates.
Explorer: 0 points (upon registration)
Wanderer: 70,000 points or 22 nights
Vanguard: 220,000 points or 70 nights
Jet Setter: 390,000 points or 112 nights
Tiers for Life: Yes
Deactivation: No account deactivation based on inactivity
Base Points: Redeemable for free nights and rewards.
Status Points: Count towards tier qualification and are not redeemable. Some earnings (e.g., birthday bonus) may award Base Points only.
